WHY MODULUX?

INSTANT CONSTRUCTION

A building based on the MODULUX technology will be constructed in 30% less time than a standard modular house. Its construction time usually does not exceed 5 days.

COST OPTIMISATION

It results from the complete elimination of construction waste, reduced working time and labour costs, as well as the elimination of additional hidden costs, e.g., related to the need to build pre-walls.

MODULAR HOUSES - STEP BY STEP

1. FREE PRICE QUOTATION

Our experts will assist you in choosing the construction technology, which is ideal for you, and then we will prepare a preliminary quotation and work out all the details.

2. SIGNING THE CONTRACT

Once we have agreed on the terms of cooperation, we will sign the contract prepared by us.

3. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN

To create the house of your dreams, we will prepare a tailor-made project design based on your specific guidelines.

4. PRODUCTION OF ELEMENTS

We produce all structural elements for our houses. We provide them with electrical, water supply and sewage systems and work out windows for joinery.

5. DELIVERY OF ELEMENTS

MODULUX panels and other components arrive on site numbered and ready for installation – so that they can be assembled in a short period of time.

6. ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTING

All assembly works can be performed in 100% using regular tools and electrical equipment. It usually takes up to seven days to build a structure.

House parks, which are particularly popular in the Netherlands, stand for tidy estates of modern, cosy and atmospheric houses for rent (most often), situated in picturesque locations with beautiful landscapes and natural settings around (e.g., in a country park, by a lake, etc.).
As a contractor and producer of single-family house parks, we thoroughly understand the need for a comprehensive range of services to be provided to housing developments of this type. We meet our business partners’ needs by offering all kinds of technical and aesthetic solutions of our own production, starting from fired façade materials up to made-to-measure furniture from the Modulux joinery. For our housing premises we offer a comprehensive range of sanitation services including the distribution of state-of-the-art integrated heat pumps and installation of photovoltaic systems. We are also involved in investment operations consisting in introducing energy-efficient technologies to the Polish multifamily housing market. We are proud to be the first in Poland to build a five-storey apartment block partly using the modular technology, thus setting new ecological trends in the market!

Backed by our experience we know that a friendly single-family house park can enjoy interest throughout the year. It is worth remembering that in Poland this trend has just started and still there is a niche without much competitive pressure on the market but with unlimited demand.
